Aprendizaje de bioseguridad mediante estrategia didáctica con simulador en la formación profesional de enfermería

Este estudio diseñó una estrategia didáctica basada en simulación clínica para fortalecer el aprendizaje de la bioseguridad en estudiantes de enfermería. La propuesta incluyó tres escenarios progresivos (venopunción, curación de heridas y administración segura de medicamentos), estructurados con guiones, listas de verificación y rúbricas validadas por expertos. Los índices de validez de contenido (I‑CVI y S‑CVI/Ave) superaron 0.95 en la mayoría de los instrumentos, garantizando claridad y pertinencia. En la prueba piloto con 20 estudiantes, se alcanzaron desempeños satisfactorios en adherencia al equipo de protección personal (86), segregación de desechos (88), higiene de manos (82) y comunicación segura (84). No obstante, se observó mayor dispersión en higiene de manos y comunicación, hallazgo consistente con la literatura internacional que señala la dificultad de automatizar prácticas rutinarias y de verbalizar decisiones clínicas en entornos simulados. Se concluye que la simulación clínica es una herramienta eficaz para integrar teoría y práctica en bioseguridad, contribuyendo además a la equidad formativa al ofrecer entornos controlados y accesibles para la adquisición de competencias críticas.
