La actividad dinamizadora de las mujeres en el ámbito local

El trabajo incluye siete investigaciones seleccionadas de 38 propuestas, que fueron evaluadas por pares. Cuatro de estos estudios comparan el papel de las mujeres en tres barrios de Madrid: Orcasur, Malasaña y Prosperidad. Se enfocan en las dinámicas comunitarias, el sentido de pertenencia y el impacto de las políticas públicas. Las otras tres contribuciones abordan experiencias específicas, como la defensa de la identidad local por parte de una asociación de artesanas en Sevilla, el trabajo de bordadoras en Oaxaca que preservan su cultura y el activismo de mujeres en Chile contra la extracción industrial.
Estas investigaciones resaltan la relevancia de entender las dinámicas urbanas y el papel crucial de las mujeres en la vida local, lo que evidencia la necesidad de seguir explorando estas interacciones en el ámbito urbano. Además, se presentan cuatro trabajos en la Sección Abierta, que abordan temas de Estudios de Género, Ciencias de la Educación y Ciencias de la Comunicación, ampliando el enfoque del monográfico.
