This article examines how multicultural management practices influence labor productivity during the construction of the EastVillage Town Center urban project (Austin, Texas). From a managerial perspective, it analyzes inclusive leadership, intercultural communication, and diversity-sensitive organizational policies and their effects on operational coordination, team cohesion, and construction quality. Methodologically, a qualitative ethnographic design integrates field observation, interviews, and focus groups with managers, contractors, and workers of different nationalities. Findings indicate that diversity, when governed by clear administrative criteria (roles, multilingual protocols, intercultural training), becomes a strategic resource that enhances performance and reduces conflict. The study offers implications for construction project management and for urban policies oriented toward improving habitat through inclusive organizational practices in globalized contexts.
