Gobernanza ágil en educación superior: revisión sistemática y bibliométrica de la eficiencia interdisciplinaria

Resumen

La gobernanza universitaria enfrenta el desafío de responder a entornos organizacionales cada vez más complejos, caracterizados por procesos de transformación digital, demandas de eficiencia y mayores exigencias de participación institucional. El objetivo del estudio fue proponer un marco interdisciplinario para la integración de metodologías ágiles en la gobernanza universitaria, orientado a mejorar la eficiencia administrativa y fortalecer la participación de los actores educativos. Se desarrolló una revisión sistemática y bibliométrica de la literatura científica, siguiendo el protocolo PRISMA, mediante el análisis de artículos indexados en bases de datos de alto impacto publicados entre 2020 y 2025. Los resultados evidencian la persistencia de barreras estructurales y culturales, como la rigidez burocrática, la resistencia al cambio y la limitada formación en enfoques ágiles; sin embargo, también identifican prácticas efectivas, entre ellas el liderazgo ágil, la digitalización de procesos, la comunicación iterativa y la planificación adaptativa, que contribuyen a la transformación institucional. Asimismo, el análisis bibliométrico revela una concentración de la producción científica en Europa y Asia, así como una escasa representación de estudios contextualizados en América Latina. Se concluye que la articulación de evidencia sistemática y análisis bibliométrico permite construir un marco interdisciplinario que orienta la transición hacia modelos de gobernanza universitaria más flexibles, sostenibles y alineados con los desafíos contemporáneos de la educación superior.
