El giro cultural en la teoría organizacional

Abstract

No existe nada parecido a una teoría organizacional común, homogénea y unitaria. Esta se muestra extremadamente receptiva a embeber aportaciones teórico-prácticas de cualquier disciplina que tenga que ofrecer un logos sobre la naturaleza de las organizaciones contemporáneas. El objetivo de este artículo es introducir la Teoría Organizacional y trazar una breve genealogía del Giro Cultural que llega hasta nuestros días. Esta exposición se realizará a partir de las principales aportaciones que buscaron, desde un posicionamiento humanista y sociológico, reubicar a la importancia de los agentes dentro de esas grandes estructuras sociales llamadas organizaciones.
